Charming 50 m2 pavilion, which can accommodate up to 5 people, with a 45 m2 terrace offering a magnificent sea view and a garden for your moments of relaxation. You will enjoy a private parking space, an outdoor shower ideal for beach returns and a plancha for convivial meals. The air-conditioned interior includes an equipped kitchen, a living/ dining area, two bedrooms (2 beds in 140 + 1 bed in 90) and a shower room with toilet.
Located close to the sea, this house combines comfort and tranquility, thanks to direct access to the beach by stairs from the street.
Linen not provided. Pets not accepted. No wifi. Cleaning included (except kitchenette).

RENTAL CONDITIONS:

Possibility to rent bed linen and towels from our agency. Accommodation deposit + cleaning deposit to be deposited on arrival, by imprint of bank card, check or cash.
- To the rental rate, is added the tourist tax levied per person and per night according to local regulations.
- Cancellation insurance, civil liability, assistance and optional coverage (cost of insurance: 3.10% TTC of the rental).

- 4.5 km from the SNCF train station.
- 6.5 km from the toll of the A9 highway, exit N°40.
- 35 km from PERPIGNAN airport.

Come and discover LEUCATE - LA FRANQUI, a charming Mediterranean village with small multicoloured alleys. You will enjoy its traditional markets, shops, many restaurants, wine bars and lively square.
Discover the plateau and its many hiking trails then walk along the edge of the cliff to admire the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea.
For the more sporty you can practice kite surfing, paddle, windsurfing... or just enjoy the beach and its crystal clear waters sheltered by the cliff. Finally, the huts in row of the oyster village will immerse you in a warm atmosphere during a tasting of Leucate oysters.

- In April: LE MONDIAL DU VENT in LA FRANQUI welcomes, during an international competition, the best riders in wingfoil, kitesurf and windsurf.
- In May: SOL Y FIESTA at LEUCATE VILLAGE, international festival of street shows.
- In July: Music festival LES DEFERLANTES SUD DE FRANCE at LE BARCARES. On the program, many artists from all over the world ( A 20km ).
- From November to January: LE VILLAGE DE NOËL in LE BARCARES unfolds its magic a few meters from the Mediterranean for the delight of young and old ( A 20 km ).
- All year round: The African Reserve of SIGEAN, large animal park ( A 20km ).
