Les Lavandines Residence
Located on the cliff, this accommodation welcomes you to an exceptional setting with breathtaking views of the sea, the lake, and the Pyrenees. It consists of a one-bedroom mezzanine apartment and a separate studio, just 600 meters from the beach. The one-bedroom apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed and direct access to a terrace with panoramic views. In the same room, an open mezzanine accommodates two single beds. The separate studio has a double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and a washing machine. A large terrace with a barbecue allows you to enjoy convivial meals. Private parking is available in front of the accommodation. Cleaning included (excluding the kitchenette). Linens not provided. Pets welcome.

- Accommodation deposit + cleaning deposit to be paid by credit card imprint, check, or cash before entering the accommodation (not cashed).

- Optional cancellation, liability, assistance, and repatriation insurance (insurance cost: 3.10% of the rental price including tax).

Enjoy its crystal-clear beaches, admire the panoramic views from the clifftop, or explore its hiking trails. Adrenaline junkies can try kitesurfing, paddleboarding, or windsurfing. For a gourmet break, treat yourself to an oyster tasting in the heart of the oyster-farming village.

- In April: THE MONDIAL DU VENT in LA FRANQUI hosts an international competition featuring the best wingfoil, kitesurfing, and windsurfing riders.
- In May: SOL Y FIESTA in LEUCATE VILLAGE, an international street performance festival.
- In July: LES DEFERLANTES SUD DE FRANCE music festival in LE BARCARES. The program features numerous artists from around the world (10km away).
- From November to January: LE VILLAGE DE NOEL in LE BARCARES unfolds its magic just a few meters from the Mediterranean, to the delight of young and old alike (10km away).
