On the ground floor, this house includes a kitchen, a living room with TV opening onto a sheltered terrace, a dining room, a bedroom with 140 bed and a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs, fully air-conditioned, three bedrooms with 140 beds, a bathroom with toilet and a terrace with garden furniture offer a panoramic view of the sea.
Parking of a medium-sized vehicle possible in the closed courtyard. Electric heating and Wi-Fi. Pets not allowed. Linen not provided. Cleaning included (except kitchen area).
