Ideally located just 50 meters from the beach, it offers a perfect setting for a vacation with family or friends. On the first level, you will discover a shaded terrace with a plancha grill, a bright living room with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious bedroom with a 140 cm bed, its private bathroom, and a separate toilet complete this space. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 cm beds and a second modern bathroom provide all the necessary comfort. Private parking space. Linens not provided. Pets not allowed. Housekeeping included (excluding the kitchenette).
