This spacious, air-conditioned, 110 m² three-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Leucate, just 2 km from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is close to shops and restaurants. You'll enjoy a private courtyard with an electric gate for parking, a pétanque court, and a large wooden terrace furnished with garden furniture and a gas grill. The interior includes a spacious living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms with 140 cm (55 in) beds, and a master suite with a 160 cm (43 in) bed, shower, and separate toilet. A shower room, a separate toilet, and a pantry with a washing machine and dryer complete the accommodation. Two bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed, linens are not provided, and cleaning is included (except for the kitchenette).

- Bed linen and bath towels are available for rental from our agency.
