In Leucate village, enjoy this large ground floor apartment of 100 m2 for up to 10 people, with private heated pool, covered terrace and spaces designed for the whole family just 2 km from the beach.
The bright living room has a TV and opens onto the terrace with direct access to the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dryer.

Night side:
- a family room with a bed in 160 and two beds in 90x180 in a wooden cabin ( rather suitable for children ).
- a second bedroom with a 160 bed,
- a dormitory with two bunk beds and two single beds in 90.

A bathroom with toilet is located in the sleeping area. A second separate toilet is located in the living room.

Outside, the covered terrace allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful days with a summer kitchen and a gas plancha, a dining area and a ping-pong table, with direct access to the pool.

The whole is equipped with WIFI, a closed garage and two private parking spaces.

- Linen not provided (Rental of bed linen, towels and childcare equipment possible with our agency).
- Cleaning included (except kitchen area).
- Pets not accepted.
- The 7X4m pool is entirely reserved for you. The water temperature varies between 25 and 28 degrees from April to October.
- Solar outdoor shower available.
- The upper apartment is not rented and, is very rarely occupied by the owner. Contact us for more details.
