It consists on the 1st level of a master suite with a bed in 140x200 with private access to the shower room and a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor you will discover a spacious living room with kitchen open to the living room equipped with a sofa bed in 140x190 overlooking a terrace
A second master suite awaits you equipped with a bed in 160x200 with access to a small balcony offering an unobstructed view where you can see the sea.
For 6 people (or 7 max).
At level 0:
- The storage garage (not accessible for cars),
- separate WC,
- A room with a bed in 140x200, with wardrobe,
- A private shower room with heated towel rail,
- An access to the terrace with garden furniture and two deckchairs (totally closed, with synthetic grass).
At level 1:
- A large living room with kitchenette and sitting area, with a good sofa bed in 140x190,
- A terrace with table and chairs, electric plancha.
At level +2:
- A room with a bed in 160x200 and wardrobe,
- Access balcony/terrace with sea view,
- A shower room with heated towel rail.

Possibility to rent bed linen and towels.

- Reversible air conditioning/heating, electric radiators, and towel dryers.
- Wifi (fiber) + television.
- Well equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

- The terrace on one level is shaded by a wall umbrella.
- The balcony/terrace on level +1 is shaded by a shade sail.
- The balcony/terrace of level +2 can be shaded by a parasol available in the house.
- The garage is accessible to store equipment. Available: the washing machine, an additional mattress is possible for the 7th person.
